Aim with your mouse / RStick and use Left Click / RT / ButtonX to fire your sterilizing grenade, killing anything that moves. Fortunately for you, you have a hazmat suit, so it just launches you across the map. Perhaps it is useful for mobility.

Use A and D / LStick to move and Space / ButtonA / LB to jump.
